Notes
The Australian Leadership Index is a nationally representative study, which surveys 1,000 Australians every quarter, asking them about their views of leadership across 25 institutions.
To calculate the score for each metric shown, we take the mean score from an 11 point scale (0-10) and convert it to a score ranging from 0-100. This gives us a score which represents how people rate the performance of an institution on a particular component of leadership.
The higher the score on a metric, the stronger the institution or sector performance. Information about metrics is found in the 'metrics glossary'.
Scores can be viewed at the individual institution level, at a sector level (government, public, private, or not for profit sectors), or at a national level (all institutions).
The gap scores, when shown, represent the gap between the specific institution shown and the unfiltered national score.
